Vercon client agreement

This agreement is between Vercon AI LLC, a Wyoming company, and [BUSINESS].

We build your website and help you reach your customers with calls, texts, and reminders. The list you see when you sign up says what we do for you.

We do our best, but we can't promise how many jobs or how much money you'll get.

Your first month is free, from the day your system is ready. You add a card when you say yes, and we charge $0 that day. When it is ready, we email you the start and end dates of your free month and the date of your first charge.

After your free month, you let us charge your card each month: $397 plus tools at our cost, with no extra added. Each bill lists each tool cost, like your phone line, texts, and call helper. We email you the price and how to stop a week before the first charge and once each year.

If a payment fails, we tell you. You have 7 days from that notice to fix it. If it is still unpaid, we pause your service until you pay.

You confirm every customer on your list agreed to hear from you. If we text someone because of a number you gave us without their OK, you cover that cost. We stop texting anyone the moment they reply STOP, and we keep a record of every text and every stop.

Your customer list is yours, and you can get a copy any day. Only we and the tools that run your system use it to reach your customers for you, and we take steps to keep it safe. We never sell it or share it for other use, and we delete it within 30 days if you stop and ask.

We can change the $397 price, but we email you 30 days before it changes. If it doesn't work for you, stop before then and you pay nothing more. Tool costs may go up or down when those companies change their prices, and you'll see each cost on your bill. Before we switch any tool, we ask you first. We email you any other change to this client agreement 30 days before it starts.

We only mention you as a client if you say OK.

Month to month: stop any time by email or text, including a reply to any email or text from us, and we won't charge you again. Stop before your free month ends and you pay $0. We don't refund a month already paid.

Your website is yours. If you stop, we give you its files and move the domain to your name.

If we set up a phone number for you, you can take it with you when you stop.

If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the last 3 months. We don't owe you for jobs or money you think you lost, like a missed call. These limits don't cover fraud or harm done on purpose, or what you cover under the texting rule above.

Wyoming law applies. If we have a dispute, we both agree to use only the state or federal courts in Wyoming that can hear the case. This does not take away any rights the law says you must keep.

To accept, you check one box when you add your card: "I agree to the Vercon client agreement, including $397/month plus tools at cost after my free month." We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.
