Terms of Service

Vercon AI builds and runs customer follow-up systems for home-service businesses. Paid work is covered by our client agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we both sign or confirm it in writing.

Program: Vercon AI sends text messages to people who called us, asked us for information, booked a call, or requested a demo. Messages include replies about your call or request, booking reminders, follow-ups about Vercon AI's services and offers, and product demos.

How you opt in: select the separate optional SMS boxes at book.verconai.com/book/vercon for booking texts, offers and news, or a requested SMS demo. Each choice authorizes only the stated type of message. If you call us, you may press 1 after our automated SMS disclosure to request one text if we miss your call. Calling, texting, booking, or requesting information alone does not subscribe you to this campaign. Consent is not a condition of booking, purchase, or service.

Frequency: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy; we never share them with third parties for marketing.

Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal. Content on the site belongs to Vercon AI unless noted.

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Vercon AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or the text program.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
