An EV charger requestSample
  1. Wednesday night · price request
  2. Jordan

Just bought an EV. How much to put a charger in the garage?

  3. Your business

Thanks Jordan, we got it. Someone from Brightline Electric will follow up with a price.

  4. To you · text and emailPrice request: Jordan Kim

Wants a garage EV charger. New car, needs a price.

Sample request from your website. Your team sends the price.

The problem

Half the day you’re in an attic or a crawl space.
The phone rings anyway.

The fix

We answer while you work.
We close the loop after.

Panel upgrades, chargers and rewiring are good jobs, but the requests come in while you’re busy. After the job, the bill waits in your truck and the customer forgets who did the work.

How it works

From the first call to a paid bill and the next job.

We set it up and keep it running.

1HALF THE HOUSE IS DARK

Your phone is in the van. They get a text back.

When a breaker keeps tripping, people want an electrician today. If you miss their call, a text goes out from your business number so they know you saw it.

Or let an AI phone helper answer the call. See how this step works.

Missed calls get a reply while you’re on the ladder.

A missed callSample
  1. 1:30 pm · missed call
  2. Your business

Hi, this is Brightline Electric. Sorry we missed you. What’s happening with your power?

  3. Jordan

Breaker keeps tripping, half the house has no power.

Sample. The text comes from your own number.

2BEFORE THE VISIT

Someone needs to be home. We check the day before.

Most electrical work needs someone to open the door and show you the panel. We send a reminder before the visit and ask if the time still works.

You choose when the reminder goes out. See how this step works.

You don’t have to call each customer the day before.

Visit reminderSample
  1. Day before the panel upgrade
  2. Your business

Hi Jordan, Brightline Electric is coming tomorrow at 9 for the panel upgrade. Still a good time?

  3. Jordan

Yes, I’ll be home all morning.

  4. To you · text and emailJordan Kim confirmed

Panel upgrade tomorrow at 9 still works.

Sample. You set when it goes out.

3A BILL STILL DUE

The work is done. The money isn’t in yet.

If a bill is still open, we send a friendly reminder. Once it’s paid, the reminders stop.

Every bill is checked and approved by you before it first goes out. See how this step works.

You don’t have to send payment reminders yourself.

Payment reminderSample
  1. 7 days after the bill
  2. Your business

Hi Jordan, a quick note from Brightline Electric: the bill for the charger install is still open. Here’s the link to pay.

  3. Jordan

    Sorry, missed it. Paid now.

  4. To you · text and emailPaid: Jordan Kim

Charger install bill is paid. Reminders stopped.

Sample. Stops as soon as it’s paid.

4STAY IN TOUCH

A few months later. You check in.

We ask past customers if everything still works well and if they need anything else. Their replies come back to your business.

If someone reports a problem, sales messages pause while your team helps. See how this step works.

A check-in can lead to the next job.

Checking inSample
  1. 3 months after the install
  2. Your business

Hi Jordan, it’s Brightline Electric. How’s the EV charger working? Need help with anything else around the house?

  3. Jordan

Works great. Can you add outdoor lights too?

  4. To you · text and emailPast customer: Jordan Kim

Sample. You choose when and what to ask.

5WHAT ELECTRICAL OWNERS ASK

Questions. Short answers.

Does it answer calls or only text?
Both are options. A text goes out when a call is missed, or an AI phone helper answers.
Will it give prices to customers?
Only for jobs where you set a price. For the rest, it confirms the request came in and your team sends the price.
Can it book jobs on its own?
Not by default. You get the request and approve it first.
What do I pay?
$397 each month. The first one costs nothing and starts after setup is finished. You get to keep your new website.
How long does setup take on my side?
You tell us your services, area and rules. We do the building and testing and stay with you after.
Do you have electrical results to share?
Not yet. We wrote these sample chats to show the idea; they are not from a real shop.
