The problem

Pests follow the seasons.
Your calendar shouldn’t wait for them.

The fix

We reach out before the season.
We answer when someone sees a bug.

Most people only call when they see something crawling. By then they search and pick whoever replies first. We remind clients you already treated when it’s time again.

How it works

From the first sighting to the next treatment.

We set it up and keep it running.

1A NEST BY THE DOOR

Wasps at dinner time. The chat takes it from there.

Your website chat knows what pests you treat, the towns you cover and your hours. It gets their details, and if it’s urgent, your team is alerted.

By default, it doesn’t promise a visit time. See how this step works.

Evening requests are ready when you start your day.

A chat at 7 pmSample
  1. 7:15 pm · site chat
  2. Maria

Big wasp nest right over the back door. Kids are scared.

  3. Your business

That sounds stressful. What’s your address and phone? I’ll send this to the team right now.

  4. To you · text and emailUrgent: Maria Lopez

Wasp nest over the back door, kids at home. Details in the request.

Sample chat on your website.

2THEY WANT A VISIT

They asked for Friday. You decide.

When a customer asks for a time, the request comes to you. By default, nothing is booked until you say yes.

You keep control of routes and tech schedules. See how this step works.

You approve every visit before it’s booked.

Booking requestSample
  1. Thursday · text
  2. Maria

Can your tech come Friday morning?

  3. Your business

Thanks! We’ll check with the team and confirm.

  4. To you · text and emailMaria Lopez asks for Friday

Wasp nest removal, Friday morning. Waiting for your OK.

Sample. Booking waits for your OK.

3NEXT TREATMENT DUE

Three months went by. We remind them.

We look at each client’s last treatment date and send the next reminder when it’s due, on the schedule you set.

Their reply comes straight back to your business. See how this step works.

Repeat treatments without calling down your list.

Quarterly reminderSample
  1. 90 days after the last treatment
  2. Your business

Hi Maria, Greenway Pest Control here. Your next treatment is due. Want us to come out this month?

  3. Maria

    Yes, any weekday works.

  4. To you · text and emailTreatment due: Maria Lopez

Said yes to this month’s treatment. Any weekday.

Sample. You set the gap between visits.

4THE BUGS CAME BACK

A client has a problem. We stop selling and listen.

If a client gives a low rating, sales texts and emails pause while your team helps them.

Sales messages stay paused until your team turns them back on. See how this step works.

Unhappy clients don’t get sales texts while you fix it.

A low ratingSample
  1. 1 hour after the treatment
  2. Your business

Hi Maria, it’s Greenway Pest Control. From 1 to 5, how did today’s treatment go? Just reply with one number.

  3. Maria

    2. Still seeing ants by the sink.

  4. To you · text and emailLow rating from Maria Lopez

Maria gave you a 2 out of 5. Sales texts and emails for Maria: paused.

Sample. Service and bill messages can continue.

5WHAT PEST CONTROL OWNERS ASK

Questions. Short answers.

Can I pick when the seasonal messages go out?
Yes. You choose the seasons, the timing and the words at setup.
Do you handle quarterly or monthly plans?
We use each client’s last treatment date and the gap you set to send the next reminder.
Does it confirm visits without me?
No, not by default. Each request comes to you and you say yes before it’s booked.
How much does it cost?
The price is $397 a month. Your first month is on us, counted from when setup is ready, and the website is yours to keep.
Is it hard to learn?
No. Web chats show up in your app, and we do the setup and keep helping as things change.
Do you have pest control results?
We don’t have any yet. What you see here are example messages for a pest company.
